Mark L. Hilberath

Mark L. Hilberath graduated from the University of Florida in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Religion. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2022. During his time at UF Law, Mark’s strong academic performance earned him the Trial Practice Book Award, recognizing the top-performing student in a given course.
Mark Hilberath is an active member of the Florida Justice Association which advocates for the rights of victims and their families harmed by the negligence of others.
Driven by a passion for plaintiff’s personal injury law, Mark is dedicated to providing outstanding legal representation to individuals who have been wrongfully injured. Originally from Pinellas County, Mark takes genuine pride in serving his community and standing up for those who need it most.
